NOVELTY - The preparation method of polyimide and graphene oxide composite nano fiber film involves dissolving polyimide and surfactant in same organic solvent, adjusting the pH value of polyimide solution to be acidic, adding the surfactant solution to the polyimide solution, and reacting to obtain polyimide spinning liquid, taking nano-graphite as raw material, gradually oxidizing the concentrated sulfuric acid, fuming nitric acid and potassium permanganate, and centrifugal water washing to obtain oxidized graphene dispersion liquid, mixing and stirring the obtained products, and spinning. USE - Preparation method of polyimide and graphene oxide composite nano fiber film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of polyimide and graphene oxide composite nano fiber film with fine fiber diameter, small holes, high tensile strength, and excellent filtering performance and which effectively prevents the inhalation of particulate matter having particle diameter of less than 2.5. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of polyimide and graphene oxide composite nano fiber film involves (A) respectively dissolving polyimide and surfactant in the same organic solvent, adjusting the pH value of the polyimide solution to be acidic, adding the surfactant solution to the polyimide solution, and reacting at 80-100 degrees C for 0.5-1.5 hours to obtain polyimide spinning liquid, (B) taking nano-graphite as raw material, gradually oxidizing the concentrated sulfuric acid, fuming nitric acid and potassium permanganate, and centrifugal water washing to obtain oxidized graphene dispersion liquid, (C) mixing and stirring the products obtained in steps (A) and (B) to obtain composite spinning solution, and (D) spinning the composite spinning solution.
