NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-composite anticorrosive coating involves ultrasonically dispersing reduced graphene oxide in organic solvent to obtain reduced graphene oxide dispersion, dissolving epoxy resin in organic solvent, mixing obtained reduced graphene oxide dispersion and epoxy resin solution, uniformly stirring until it is homogeneous, adding pyridine as accelerator and diethylenetriamine as curing agent, uniformly stirring and mixing, evacuating mixture to remove air bubbles, placing in oven and heating to adjust viscosity. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-composite anticorrosive coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method ensures preparation of graphene-composite anticorrosive coating in simple, convenient and rapid and economical manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene-composite anticorrosive coating involves (a) ultrasonically dispersing reduced graphene oxide in organic solvent comprising toluene/n-butanol mixed solution, dimethylsulfoxide, ethylene glycol, acetone or ethanol to obtain reduced graphene oxide dispersion, or ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide in water to obtain graphene oxide dispersion, adding polyvinylpyrrolidone and hydrazine hydrate to graphene oxide dispersion, placing in a water bath and stirring at 80 degrees C to obtain modified reduced graphene oxide dispersion, and (b) dissolving epoxy resin in organic solvent comprising toluene/n-butanol mixed solution, acetone or ethanol, mixing obtained reduced graphene oxide dispersion or modified reduced graphene oxide dispersion and epoxy resin solution, uniformly stirring until it is homogeneous, adding pyridine as accelerator and diethylenetriamine as curing agent, uniformly stirring and mixing, evacuating mixture to remove air bubbles, placing in oven and heating to adjust viscosity, or dissolving acrylic emulsion in organic solvent comprising ethylene glycol, stirring to completely dissolve, mixing reduced graphene oxide dispersion or modified reduced graphene oxide dispersion and acrylic emulsion solution, uniformly stirring until it is homogeneous, adding dodecanol ester as coalescing agent, uniformly stirring and mixing, evacuating mixture to remove air bubbles and adjusting viscosity. The mass ratio of graphene and epoxy resin is 8-12:1000. The mass ratio of diethylenetriamine curing agent and epoxy resin is 6-10:100. The mass ratio of graphene and acrylic emulsion is 4-6:1000. The mass ratio of dodecanol ester and acrylic emulsion is 8-10:100.
