▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-based high thermal conductive composite material, comprises (i) preparing graphene, (ii) mixing polyvinylidene fluoride, silicone resin emulsion, phenolic resin emulsion and silicon dioxide at 40-60 degrees C and stirring for 20-60 minutes to obtain mixture, then adding 3-5 wt.% dioctyl tin in the mixture, and reacting for 2-4 hours to obtain modified polyvinylidene fluoride, and (iii) mixing the modified polyvinylidene fluoride and graphene in N,N-dimethylformamide, stirring for 30 minutes, heating and evaporating the solvent to obtain composite material. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-based high thermal conductive composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has improved thermal conductivity and coefficient of heat conductivity os 0.65 W/m.
