NOVELTY - In vitro protective agent comprises 15-25 pts. wt. licorice extract, 20-60 pts. wt. graphene, 4-9 pts. wt. glycine, 5-12 pts. wt. potassium sorbate, 13-18 pts. wt. citric acid, 300-500 pts. wt. silicone powder, and 1000 pts. wt. ultrapure water. USE - The in vitro protective agent useful for fish specimen biological model (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The in vitro protective agent: should be protected from light. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing in vitro protective agent, comprising (i) providing above mentioned components, (ii) dividing ultrapure water into four parts, i.e. 20-35 vol.% first part, 12-20 vol.% second part, 10-18 vol.% third part, and 35-52 vol.% fourth part, (iii) adding licorice extract into first part of ultrapure water to obtain first solution, (iv) adding glycine and potassium sorbate into second part of ultrapure water to obtain second solution, (v) adding citric acid into third part of ultrapure water to obtain third solution, (vi) adding graphene and silicone powder into fourth part of ultrapure water to obtain viscous colloidal liquid, and (vii) mixing first solution, second solution, third solution, and viscous colloidal liquid to obtain in vitro protective agent.
