▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Graphene oxide based respiratory gas sensor comprises a substrate, a graphene oxide layer arranged on the substrate, a length of the graphene oxide layer extending in a first direction, an upper dielectric layer arranged on the graphene oxide layer, where the graphene oxide layer has several electrode regions respectively separated in first direction and a channel region, where the channel region of graphene oxide layer includes exposed outer sidewalls and a continuous center portion comprising a continuous and perfect two-dimensional bonding ring of carbon atoms. USE - The graphene oxide based respiratory gas sensor is used as asthma, pneumonia or cancer sensor (claimed) and for detecting occurrence of other conditions in a respiring subject. ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide based respiratory gas sensor exhibits high sensing sensitivity, and maintains its high electron transporting ability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene oxide based respiratory gas sensor comprises a substrate, a graphene oxide layer arranged on the substrate, a length of the graphene oxide layer extending in a first direction, an upper dielectric layer arranged on the graphene oxide layer, where the graphene oxide layer has several electrode regions respectively separated in first direction and a channel region arranged between the electrode regions, and channel region having a smaller width than a width of each of the several electrode regions, where the channel region of graphene oxide layer includes exposed outer sidewalls and a continuous center portion comprising a continuous and perfect two-dimensional bonding ring of carbon atoms.
