▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Quickly preparing highly conductive graphene electromagnetic shielding film comprises (a) configuring graphite oxide filter cake into a graphite oxide suspension, uniformly dispersing and removing the bubbles by stirring under vacuum to obtain a graphene oxide dispersion slurry, (b) uniformly coating graphene oxide dispersion slurry obtained in step (a) on the substrate to form a graphene oxide blank film, drying to remove moisture and peeling off the substrate to obtain a graphene oxide film, (c) irradiating graphene oxide film obtained in step (b) irradiated with infrared rays under air environment, heating to 1500degrees Celsius for 0.5-2 hours under the protection of an inert atmosphere and obtaining graphene foam is obtained after natural cooling and (d) calendering the graphene foam in step (c) to form a film. USE - The method is useful for quickly preparing highly conductive graphene electromagnetic shielding film. ADVANTAGE - The method: does not produce any toxic and harmful substances; is simple, utilizes environmentally friendly infrared lamp treatment; and realizes high-efficiency and high-quality preparation of graphene film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for highly conductive graphene electromagnetic shielding film is prepared by the above mentioned method.
