NOVELTY - Preparing a polyimide/graphene composite thermally conductive film, involves performing polycondensation of diamine and dianhydride to obtain polyamic acid. The polyamic acid and polyvinyl alcohol are cross-linked to obtain a polyamic acid-polyvinyl alcohol cross-linked product. The polyamic acid-polyvinyl alcohol cross-linked product is mixed with graphene to obtain a film-forming mixture followed by subjecting obtained film-forming mixture to film-forming and thermal imidization to obtain composite thermally conductive film. USE - Method for preparing a polyimide/graphene composite thermally conductive film. ADVANTAGE - The film has higher thermal conductivity, good mechanical and heat-resistant performance.
