NOVELTY - Preparing water-soluble stainless steel cutting fluid with high thermal conductivity comprises (1) using a mixing tank with a stirring device, adding oily additives, extreme pressure antiwear agents, heat conduction agents, rust inhibitors, cosolvents and deionized water, and stirring at a stirring rate of 800-1200 revolutions per minute for 30-60 minutes to prepare the mixed liquor, and (2) adding an emulsifier to the mixed solution and stirring for 10-20 minutes, adding a defoamer for defoaming treatment to obtain a cutting fluid, the ratio of the raw materials of the cutting fluid includes 17-25 pts. wt. oily additives, 10-19 pts. wt. extreme pressure and anti-wear agents, 1-5 pts. wt. heat conducting agents, 1-5 pts. wt. rust inhibitors, and 3-5 pts. wt. emulsifiers, 0.1-3 pts. wt. defoamer, 5-12 pts. wt. co-solvent and 60-80 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - The method is useful for preparing water-soluble stainless steel cutting fluid with high thermal conductivity. ADVANTAGE - The method: increases the heat conductivity of the cutting fluid and accelerates the cooling speed of the cutting fluid.
