NOVELTY - A three-dimensional graphene/metal line or metal wire composite structure is formed by taking metal line or metal wire as a catalyst template and growing graphene coating directly on the outer surface of metal line using carbon source by chemical vapor deposition method. The diameter of metal line or metal wire is 10 nm-5000 mu m. The number of graphene layers is 1-100. USE - Three-dimensional graphene/metal line or metal wire composite structure is used for solar cell and storage battery. ADVANTAGE - The three-dimensional graphene/metal line or metal wire composite structure has excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance, and is economically prepared by a simple and controlled process.
