NOVELTY - The detector has two metal electrodes (2) provided on a surface of a substrate (1). An inner side wall of the metal electrode is provided with a graphene inter-digital electrode (3) and a graphite fluoride surface cover (4). The substrate is made of silicon, mica, PDMS or PI. The metal electrodes are made of aluminum, gold or gold alloy chromium. The graphene inter-digital electrode is single layer or multi layer structure. USE - UV avalanche photoelectric detector. ADVANTAGE - The detector can reduce dark noise. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for manufacturing a UV avalanche photoelectric detector.
