NOVELTY - Improving impact strength of nylon 6 by pulverized graphene involves using graphene spitball micro-spheres to toughened nylon material. The paper-like graphene micro-spheres are wrinkled from a single layer of graphene sheets with 500-5nm diameter of micro-spheres, 0.2-0.4 g/cm3 of density, ratio of carbon to oxygen is 20:60. The specific surface area is less than 200m2/g. USE - Method for improving impact strength of nylon 6 by pulverized graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to improves impact strength of nylon 6 by pulverized graphene, which has good flexibility, and improves impact strength, and heat resistance, aging resistance, flame resistance and antistatic material higher, and good nylon water absorption capacity.
