The network polymer in the fluorosilicone rubber film layer includes substituted silicone based first segment (1a), silicone based second segment (2a) and alkyl substituted silicone based third segment (3a), (3b), (3c), (3d), (3e) and/or (3f). USE - The vibrating diaphragm is useful for sound-producing device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The vibrating diaphragm: has excellent chemical resistance, stable acoustic performance; improves use effect and life of the loudspeaker; and realizes the adjustment of the Qms of the speaker. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Sound-producing device vibrating diaphragm comprises at least one fluorosilicone rubber membrane layer. The network polymer in the fluorosilicone rubber film layer includes substituted silicone based first segment of formula (1a), silicone based second segment of formula (2a) and alkyl substituted silicone based third segment of formulae (3a), (3b), (3c), (3d), (3e) and/or (3f). R = fluoro-containing alkyl group; R3, R2 = methyl, ethyl or phenyl; and R1 = hydrogen, methyl, ethyl or phenyl. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing sound-producing device vibrating diaphragm, comprising adding filler, structure control agent and cross-linking agent into the base polymer by using fluoro-containing alkyl side chain as a base polymer containing siloxane polymer and mixing to form fluorosilicone rubber film layer of the diaphragm, where the siloxane polymer is a straight-chain random polymer formed by the first segment and the second segment to form the main chain and terminated by side chain groups.
