NOVELTY - Preparing high-strength and high-wear-resistant chopped carbon fiber composite material comprises activating and preparing graphene by using sulfuric acid, reacting with propargyl alcohol on the surface of the active group of graphene to obtain alkynyl graphene, preparing azide methacrylate by esterification reaction of 2-azido-ethanol and 2-methacryloyl chloride, performing chemical reaction on the alkynly graphene and the azide-methyltetrahydrate, performing free radical polymerization under the protection of nitrogen and acrylonitrile under the trigger and azo-bis-iso-butyl to form a composite spinning solution, dipping the chopped carbon fibers into the composite spinning liquid, dipping chopped carbon fiber composite spinning solution, adding hexahydrate cobalt chloride aqueous solution, heating, distilling to remove solvent, pre-oxidizing the mixture, under the protection of inert gas, firstly raising the temperature to 500-800°C, cooling to obtain the product. USE - The method is useful for preparing high-strength and high-wear-resistant chopped carbon fiber composite material, which is useful as aircraft structure material, electromagnetic shielding electricity removing material and automobile brake sheet. ADVANTAGE - The method provides high strength and high wear-resistant chopped carbon-fiber composite material with improved abrasion resistance and heat resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a high-strength and high-wear-resistant chopped carbon fiber composite material.
