▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Fatigue-resistant rubber additive is claimed. The fatigue-resistant rubber additive is obtained by modifying a mixture of nanocellulose and graphene with polycyclic amine to obtain final product, where the nanocellulose and graphene are mixed in a mass ratio of 10:1.3-1.5. USE - The fatigue-resistant rubber additive is useful in rubber material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing fatigue-resistant rubber additive, comprising (i) uniformly disperse the nanocellulose in a deionized water to obtain nanocellulose dispersion, adjusting the pH of the nanocellulose dispersion to 10.2, heating at 85 degrees C in a water bath, insulating for 30 minutes and then performing rotary evaporation to obtain pretreated nanocellulose, (ii) uniformly disperse graphene into deionized water to obtain graphene dispersion, adding 0.1 wt.% oxidant to graphene dispersion, heating at 75 degrees C in a water bath, insulating for 40 minutes, and then performing rotary evaporation to obtain pretreated graphene, and (iii) dissolving the polycyclic amine in acetone to obtain polycyclic amine solution, and uniformly mixing pretreated nanocellulose with pretreated graphene to obtain mixture, mixing the mixture with polycyclic amine solution at a ratio of 180-190:300 g\ml, heating at 80-90 degrees C, stirring at a speed of 350 revolutions/minute for 10 minutes, then adding to the reactor, vacuuming, then adding accelerant, continuously heating at 150-155 degrees C, stirring at a speed of 2000 revolutions/minute for 3 hours, then discharging, filtering, washing with absolute ethanol and drying to constant weight to obtain final product.
