NOVELTY - Producing mineral activated alkali salt comprises (a) mixing filtered first seawater with cypress, graphene, and seven minerals and storing it for a specific period, separating and removing the mixed cypress, graphene, and seven minerals to prepare second seawater, mixing the second seawater with 5 pts. wt. cypress, 2 pts. wt. graphene, and 2 pts. wt. seven minerals, with respect to 100 pts. wt. total amount of the first seawater and storing for 10-30 hours at a temperature of 20-40° C. The second seawater is stored in an alkali reducing container to produce third seawater. The third seawater is dried to prepare an alkaline natural salt salt which is heated at 1400-1500°C to thermally decompose. The obtained salt melt is cooled and pulverized to produce an alkali salt. USE - The mineral activated alkali salt is useful in food. ADVANTAGE - The mineral activated alkali salt: has no impurities and harmful components; regulates moisture in body and blood flow and blood pressure; helps digestion and produce gastric acid as well as neurostimulatory transmitters; and establishes acid-alkaline balance in blood; prevents deterioration of taste of food and loss of salt due to dissolution in the water washing process; and saves time.
