▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing boron-nitrogen co-doped graphene nano-carbon material comprises (i) ball milling flake graphite under air atmosphere to obtain nitrogen-containing graphene carbon material, and (ii) mixing nitrogen-containing graphene carbon material with boron-containing compound under inert atmosphere and then calcining to obtain boron-nitrogen co-doped graphene nano-carbon material. USE - The material is useful as super capacitor electrode (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has excellent electrochemical energy storage effect, higher specific capacitance characteristics and excellent circulation.
