NOVELTY - Antibacterial and antifouling thermoplastic polyurethane comprises 50-80 pts. wt. polyol, 10-40 pts. wt. diisocyanate, 5-10 pts. wt. graphene molecular sieve composite material, 10-20 pts. wt. graphene chitosan composite material, 0.05-3 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 5-10 pts. wt. chain extender, 1-5 pts. wt. catalyst and 0.52 pts. wt. antioxidant. USE - Used as antibacterial and antifouling thermoplastic polyurethane. ADVANTAGE - The polyurethane has good antibacterial and antifouling effect, good toughness, moisture-proof, ventilating, comfortable hand feeling, suitable for home furnishing, automobile interior trim, medical material and other fields. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the polyurethane, comprising (o) adding polyol and diisocyanate into the container, and vacuum dehydrating under agitation, (p) adding chain extender, catalyst and antioxidant into the mixture of step A for mixing reaction, and (q) mixing the product B with the graphene-molecular sieve composite material, the graphene-chitosan composite material and the silane coupling agent uniformly, and adding into a twin-screw extruder for extrusion molding.
