NOVELTY - Manufacturing of corrosion resistant blade involves smelting chemical component of the blade using raw material arc furnace vacuum deoxidation (VOD) method to obtain needed molten steel, manufacturing a mold according to the shape of the blade, pouring the molten steel into the mold, slowly cooling to obtain casting, processing the casting, carrying out solid solution strengthening treatment, stabilizing and annealing by using less cooling speed, air cooling or furnace cooling, performing quench polish quench (QPQ) salt bath composite process by nitriding salt bath and oxidation salt bath, grinding and correcting micro deformation, cleaning the blade surface, drying, spraying elastic coating, and drying at 100-110°C. USE - Manufacturing of corrosion resistant blade used in oil and chemical industries. ADVANTAGE - The blade surface has excellent wear resistance, fatigue resistance and excellent corrosion resistance. The surface elastic coating contain graphene with mass ratio of 3-5%, which has super-hydrophobicity and excellent impermeability so the oxygen and other corrosion medium is blocked. The QPQ process replaces multi-channel heat treatment supply and corrosion process, which ensures short reaction process and environmentally-friendly. The special coating structure is equivalent to an isolated protective layer for the blade material and the oxidizing gas in the external environment, directly isolating the contact between the two, so the blade from being corroded is protected.
