NOVELTY - Substrate-loaded surface bearing composite multilayer film, is claimed. The composite multilayer film is deposited on the surface of substrate; and the composite multilayer film is multilayer film formed by stacking repeating units composed of lead monoxide layer and gallium(III) trioxide layer within repetition frequency. USE - The substrate-loaded surface bearing composite multilayer film is useful in preparing X-ray detector (claimed), and in field of oxide photoelectric functional film materials. ADVANTAGE - The method: combines lead monoxide layer and the gallium(III) trioxide layer to achieve strong absorption of X-ray photons with lead monoxide layer, and multi-layer films to achieve strong absorption of X-ray photons; reduces material thickness of X-ray detector, and material thickness of X-ray detector; achieves ultra-low leakage current by gallium(III) trioxide layer, and ultra-low leakage current indicators. The film: satisfies temperature-sensitive substrate material deposition application.
