NOVELTY - A high-performance environmentally-friendly PVC pipe comprises 80-120 pts. wt. PVC resin, 3-8 pts. wt. talc powder, 2-6 pts. wt. calcium-zinc stabilizer, 20-30 pts. wt. silicon dioxide, 1-3 pts. wt. lubricant, 1-3 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 1-3 pts. wt. ethylene-methyl methacrylate copolymer, 1-4 pts. wt. solid plasticizer, and 4-8 pts. wt. impact modifier. USE - The high-performance environmentally-friendly PVC pipe is useful in water supply and drainage in buildings, tap water supply, underground drainage, roof and roof drainage, farmland irrigation, mine and laboratory ventilation. ADVANTAGE - The high-performance environmentally-friendly PVC pipe has excellent impact resistance and tensile strength by adding the impact modifier to the raw materials, and uses calcium carbonate, which reduces resin shrinkage property, improves rheological property, and controls viscosity. The impact modifier effectively resists the external force impact and mechanical property of the pipe material in the installation and transportation process, and improves the pipe anti-external force damage ability, and the anti-fracture performance of the substrate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the PVC pipe, which involves adding the above-mentioned components to a high-speed mixer for melting and blending, cooling, transferring the mixture to a double-screw extruder for extrusion granulation, and injection molding.
