▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene reinforced aluminum matrix composite material with dual-mode structure involves (1) using 1.2-1.8 wt.% graphene oxide and 98.2-98.8 wt.% aluminum metal powder as raw materials according to mass fraction, (2) adding graphene oxide to distilled water for ultrasonic dispersion, obtaining graphene oxide dispersion, adding ascorbic acid solution to graphene oxide dispersion under magnetic stirring conditions to obtain graphene oxide colloid, vacuum freeze-drying, obtaining three-dimensional graphene framework, mixing with aluminum metal powder and ball milling, obtaining mixed powder, (3) adding the mixed powder into a mold for cold pressing, obtaining a composite preform, using pressure infiltration process to prepare the dual-mode graphene-reinforced aluminum matrix composite ingot, (4) subjecting the ingot of the dual-mode graphene reinforced aluminum matrix composite material to thermal deformation treatment, (5) heating the ingot obtained in step (4). USE - Preparation of graphene reinforced aluminum matrix composite material with dual-mode structure. ADVANTAGE - The method can avoid the phenomenon of agglomeration. Through the dual-mode structure of mixing coarse and fine crystals, the strength of the material is improved while the toughness of the material can also be ensured.
