NOVELTY - Fluororesin coating comprises 30-60 pts. wt. polyvinylidene fluoride resin, 15-35 pts. wt. acrylic resin, 8-25 pts. wt. graphene, 12-40 pts. wt. tetrafluoroethylene resin, 25-45 pts. wt. polyisocyanate, 2-11 pts. wt. curing agent, 5-15 pts. wt. defoaming agent, 1-9 pts. wt. flatting agent and 35-60 pts. wt. ethylene glycol. USE - The fluororesin coating is useful for carbonaceous solar battery backboard (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating has high intensity, friction-resistance performance and adhesive strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the fluororesin coating for carbonaceous solar battery backboard, comprising (i) adding graphene, tetrafluoroethylene resin, polyisocyanate and ethylene glycol into a reaction kettle, heating and stirring in a stirrer under rotating speed of 400-600 revolutions/minute at 89-96 degrees C for 30-40 minutes, (ii) adding polyvinylidene fluoride resin and acrylic resin into ethylene glycol, stirring and heating in the stirrer under rotating speed of 450-550 revolutions/minute at 93-102 degrees C for 25-40 minutes, (iii) dropping the solution obtained in the step (ii) into the solution obtained in the step (i) at the dropping speed of 1-3 drops/second for 30-45 minutes, heating and stirring in the stirrer under rotating speed of 450-600 revolutions/minute at 88-102 degrees C for 30-40 minutes, and (iv) sequentially adding curing agent, defoaming agent and flatting agent, mixing in the reaction kettle at 95-105 degrees C, and stirring to uniformity.
