▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Modified graphene modified cement-based composite material comprises 30-50 pts. wt. cement, 50-80 pts. wt. quartz sand, 10-20 pts. wt. fly ash, 5-10 pts. wt. reinforcing fiber, 3-7 pts. wt. modified multi-layer graphene, 1-3 pts. wt. naphthalene-based high-efficiency water reducing agent, 1-2 pts. wt. antifoaming agent and 10-30 pts. wt. water. The modified multi-layer graphene is prepared by (i) placing multi-layer graphene in sodium chlorate, sulfuric acid and hydrogen peroxide mixed solution, heating and stirring for oxidation, allowing to stand and pouring the supernatant, washing the lower layer solid and drying obtained solid to obtain carboxy-modified multi-layer graphene, (ii) adding carboxy-modified multi-layer graphene into dodecyltrimethylammonium bromide solution, heating, stirring, slowly adding polyamide-amine dendritic polymer, refluxing, reacting and ultrasonic processing, and (iii) centrifuging and settling the reaction solution, washing and drying the precipitate. USE - Used as modified multi-layer graphene modified cement-based composite material. ADVANTAGE - The modified multi-layer graphene modified cement-based composite material has excellent compressive strength, anti-folding strength, anti-cracking performance and impact resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing modified multi-layer graphene modified cement-based composite material.
