NOVELTY - Carbon plastic compound obtained by mixing thermoplastic resin and 0.3-2 wt.% carbon filler, where the surface resistance is 103-109Ω /sq. USE - Used as carbon plastic compound. ADVANTAGE - The compound has improved conductivity and mechanical properties; improves the problems of uneconomical and low productivity caused by adding a large amount of carbon materials and additives to improve mechanical properties and impart functionality e.g. conductivity during the manufacture of conventional carbon plastic compounds and dispersibility in a polymer resin and discharging impurity gas and water vapor to the outside. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for manufacturing a carbon plastic compound comprising mechanically crushing and preparing the carbon filler, stirring the crushed carbon filler together with a thermoplastic resin to adsorb the crushed carbon filler to the surface of the thermoplastic resin, melting the thermoplastic resin composition to which the carbon filler is adsorbed by heating to a melting temperature or higher, extruding the molten thermoplastic resin composition to pass through the filter assembly, passing molten thermoplastic resin composition in an oblique direction within the filter assembly, allowing the carbon filler to be dispersed in the thermoplastic resin, discharging gas and water vapor generated in the process to the outside, cooling the extruded thermoplastic resin composition and cutting the cooled thermoplastic resin composition.
