▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - High-conductivity aluminum alloy graphene high conductivity comprises 0.10-0.30 wt.% graphene, 0.05-0.14 wt.% iron, 0.04-0.09 wt.% silicon, 0.0001-0.01 wt.% copper, 0.02-0.04 wt.% rare earth, 0.01-0.02 wt.% boron, 0.00-0.02 wt.% titanium, vanadium, manganese and chromium, ≤ 0.03 wt.% other impurities and aluminum (remaining amount). USE - Used as high-conductivity aluminum alloy graphene high conductivity. ADVANTAGE - The high-graphene aluminum alloy rod expands the new graphene of the aluminum alloy material, increases the variety of the bare overhead conductor product, and provides the power user with more bare overhead copper conductor product selection. The conductivity and strength of the overhead aluminum alloy stranded wire is better than the development level of the industry. By improving the production formulation and processing technique of the aluminum alloy rod, applying the graphene composite to the aluminum alloys metal material, obtaining light and high strength, and conductive, the high conductive composite material with integrated structure function of heat-conducting function characteristics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: high-graphene aluminum alloy strand; and preparation method of the high-graphene aluminum alloy rod. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a flow chart of the method for preparation method of the high-graphene aluminum alloy rod (Drawing includes non-English language text).
