NOVELTY - Compound nano-catalyst loaded on nitrogen-doped carbon comprises nitrogen-doped carbon as a carrier and a complex of platinum-transition metal atom intermetallic compound and platinum-P2is loaded on the carrier. The molar ratio of the total platinum atoms to the transition metal M atoms in the complex of the Pt-M intermetallic compound and PtP2is 0.3-3. The molar ratio of carbon in the carrier to transition metal M atoms is 1.7-37.5. USE - The nano-catalyst is useful as catalyst of hydrogen-oxygen fuel cell, metal-air cell or electrolytic water cell (claimed.) ADVANTAGE - The nano-catalyst: has high catalytic activity and stability; solves the problem that the metal nano-particle is easy to agglomerate, and has simple preparation technique and convenient operation and is economical.
