▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Producing transparent thermal-conductive film, comprises (a) transferring a base film to graphene grown by chemical vapor deposition method or atomic layer deposition, and (b) coating a transparent adhesive on surface of the base film, and decompressing or curing to form a transparent adhesive coating layer. The transparent adhesive is at least two acrylic monomers or 1,6-hexanediol diacrylate, diethylene glycol diacrylate and/or polyethylene glycol dimethacrylate, and at least two photo-reactive monomers or e.g. pentaerythritol tetrakis(3-mercaptopropionate). USE - The film is useful for heat-insulating material (claimed) in electronic devices. ADVANTAGE - The method improves optical property and conductivity of film, and is easy to process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Producing transparent thermal-conductive film, comprises (a) transferring a base film to graphene grown by chemical vapor deposition method or atomic layer deposition, and (b) coating a transparent adhesive on surface of the base film, and decompressing or curing to form a transparent adhesive coating layer. The transparent adhesive is at least two acrylic monomers or 1,6-hexanediol diacrylate, diethylene glycol diacrylate and/or polyethylene glycol dimethacrylate, and at least two photo-reactive monomers or pentaerythritol tetrakis(3-mercaptopropionate), trimethylolpropane tris(2-mercaptoacetate) and/or pentaerythritol tetrakis(2-mercaptoacetate). An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for transparent thermal-conductive film produced by the above method.
