▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing high-strength aluminum alloy die casting, involves (a) taking an aluminum alloy matrix, polishing the surface of the aluminum alloy matrix, putting the aluminum alloy matrix into acetone, ultrasonically cleaning the aluminum alloy matrix, then ultrasonically cleaning the aluminum alloy matrix through absolute ethyl alcohol and deionized water in sequence, and drying the aluminum alloy matrix for later use, (b) mixing and grinding the alloy mixed powder uniformly, mixing the alloy mixed powder with a binder, and stirring for 20-30 minutes to obtain an alloy material, coating the alloy material on the surface of an aluminum alloy matrix, drying at 35-40℃ for 40-50 hours, and carrying out alloying treatment on the surface of the aluminum alloy matrix through a laser after drying to obtain a pretreated matrix. USE - Method for preparing high-strength aluminum alloy die casting used for automobile engine bracket, automobile shells and related castings. ADVANTAGE - The aluminum alloy die casting has excellent corrosion resistance, high surface hardness, excellent wear resistance, and avoids galvanic corrosion, and also has higher processing and practicability of the automobile shell and related casting. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing high-strength aluminum alloy die casting, involves (a) taking an aluminum alloy matrix, polishing the surface of the aluminum alloy matrix, putting the aluminum alloy matrix into acetone, ultrasonically cleaning the aluminum alloy matrix, then ultrasonically cleaning the aluminum alloy matrix through absolute ethyl alcohol and deionized water in sequence, and drying the aluminum alloy matrix for later use, (b) mixing and grinding the alloy mixed powder uniformly, mixing the alloy mixed powder with a binder, and stirring for 20-30 minutes to obtain an alloy material, coating the alloy material on the surface of an aluminum alloy matrix, drying at 35-40℃ for 40-50 hours, and carrying out alloying treatment on the surface of the aluminum alloy matrix through a laser after drying to obtain a pretreated matrix, (c) taking modified poly-2-aminothiazole and dimethylformamide (DMF), uniformly mixing, adding graphene and boron nitride, and performing ultrasonic dispersion for 1-1.5 hours to obtain a modified filler, mixing and stirring epoxy resin and a diluent for 20-30 minutes, adding a modified filler, a leveling agent and a dispersing agent, uniformly stirring to obtain a material A, mixing the material A with a curing agent, and uniformly mixing to obtain an epoxy coating material, and (d) spraying an epoxy coating material on the surface of the pretreated substrate, and drying to obtain a finished product die casting.
