NOVELTY - Latex material modified by a composite material comprises 60-100 pts. wt. latex, 1-6 pts. wt. composite material, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. coupling agent, 0.2-1 pts. wt. stabilizer, 0.1-0.8 pts. wt. surfactant. The composite material includes melanin and graphene in a mass ratio of 1:1-10. USE - Latex material modified by a composite material. ADVANTAGE - The latex material modified by a composite material has excellent mechanical properties, excellent stretch resistance and resilience, enhances the material's strength, tear resistance, anti-mite, antibacterial, far-infrared, anti-ultraviolet and anti-oxidation properties, and has simple preparation process and easy to scale production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing latex material modified by a composite material, which involves: (A) dispersing graphene and coupling agent into deionized water containing dispersant; (B) performing shear stirring, physical grounding, ultrasound, and rubber mill treatment; (C) performing one or more of sand mill treatment and high-pressure homogenization treatment to obtain a uniform aqueous graphene suspension; (D) adding melanin to the graphene aqueous suspension, stirring uniformly; (E) controlling the pH of the system at 6.5-12.5, heating to 50-80 degrees C, continue the reaction for 1-8 hours to complete the grafting reaction of melanin and graphene; (F) obtaining a stable dispersion of melanin and graphene composite material dispersion, after spray drying, a composite material includes of melanin and graphene is obtained; (G) dissolving the composite material includes melanin and graphene in water to prepare a suspension with a mass concentration of 0.1-3% to obtain a uniform and stable composite dispersion of melanin and graphene; (H) adding stabilizers and surfactants to the latex solution, continue to stir for 0.5-6 hours; (I) adding slowly the above-mentioned melanin and graphene composite material dispersion liquid, continue to stir and grounded for 0.5-8 hours, then added accelerator, antioxidant, vulcanizing agent and vulcanizing active agent to obtain latex mixture; (J) carrying out vulcanization treatment on the latex mixture, then immersing it in a mold and heating and drying; and (K) obtaining the latex material modified by melanin and graphene composite material.
