NOVELTY - Aluminum alloy anticorrosive paint comprises 20-40 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 5-15 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 10-15 pts. wt. talc, 10-20 pts. wt. strontium chrome yellow, 5-15 pts. wt. zinc phosphate, 0.1-2 pts. wt. graphene, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. dispersant, 10-30 pts. wt. diluent, 0.5-1 pts. wt. leveling agent, 2-3 pts. wt. anti-settling agent and epoxy curing agent. USE - The aluminum alloy anticorrosive paint is useful in aluminum or magnesium alloy anti-corrosion treatment (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The aluminum alloy anticorrosive paint has excellent adhesive property and excellent flexibility, and excellent in anti-corrosion performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparation of (i) dispersing dispersant, graphene, titanium dioxide and talc in diluent to obtain mixture A, (ii) mixing epoxy resin, strontium chrome yellow and zinc phosphate in diluent to obtain mixture B, and (iii) mixing mixture A and mixture B, then adding leveling agent and anti-settling agent, mixing evenly, adding epoxy curing agent to obtain final product; (2) coating comprising aluminum alloy anticorrosive paint; and (3) aluminum alloy or magnesium alloy protection method comprising coating an aluminum alloy anticorrosive paint on the surface of an aluminum alloy or a magnesium alloy substrate, and curing anticorrosive coating to obtain a film.
