NOVELTY - Graphene/rare earth epoxy antirust primer comprises component A and component B, where the component A comprises epoxy resin, anti-corrosion filler and graphene, the component B comprises an epoxy curing agent, the anti-corrosive filler comprises a mixture of rare earth materials, composite iron titanium powder, zinc powder and aluminum powder, and the particle size of the composite iron titanium powder is greater than or equal to zinc powder is greater than or equal to aluminum powder is more than rare earth material. USE - The primer is useful for protecting steel materials from corrosion (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The primer has good anti-corrosion property, has strong adhesive force and good bonding effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the primer, comprising (i) adding organic bentonite to solvent a, stirring and adding polar additives, and stirring to obtain a dispersion A, (ii) adding a silane coupling agent and a dispersing agent to the graphene, stirring, adding dispersion A, adding epoxy resin, stirring, and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain a dispersion B, (iii) adding an antifoaming agent and a leveling agent to the dispersion B, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixture, (iv) mixing zinc powder, aluminum powder, rare earth powder and talc powder, stirring and dispersing, adding the mixture, and stirring to obtain modified epoxy antirust primer A component, (v) mixing the epoxy curing agent with solvent b to obtain component B, and (vi) uniformly mixing the component A and the component B.
