NOVELTY - Preparing graphene by laser chemical vapor deposition method comprises clamping copper foil in a reaction chamber connected with a laser heating device, vacuumizing the reaction chamber, adjusting laser light spot movement speed or power density after introducing carbon source gas and auxiliary gas in the reaction chamber, heating copper foil at 900-1000 degrees C, and moving a laser on a surface of the copper foil. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene by laser chemical vapor deposition method (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides graphene with high laser energy density, heating speed and reduced energy consumption, without using heating furnace.
