NOVELTY - Coronavirus detection module based on a combination of multiple targeting site antibodies, comprises an insulating substrate, an electrode arranged on the insulating substrate, and an electrode arranged on the insulating substrate and located between the electrodes. The surface of the two-dimensional sensitive material is modified by covalent bonds or intermolecular forces to modify the neocoronavirus antibody to obtain a functional neocoronavirus detection module. USE - Used as coronavirus detection module based on a combination of multiple targeting site antibodies. ADVANTAGE - The method improves detection efficiency and reduces detection costs, and has potential practical value. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for coronavirus detection method based on a combination of antibodies at multiple target sites, comprising (i) processing an electrode on an insulating substrate, the electrode including a source electrode and a drain electrode; (ii) transferring two-dimensional sensitive material to the insulating substrate, connecting between the source and drain, and etching the two-dimensional sensitive material into a specific shape using photolithography technology to obtain the device to be modified; (iii) modifying the connecting molecule in the conductive channel region of the two-dimensional sensitive material of the device to be modified; (iv) connecting the coronavirus antibodies of different types and different targeting sites to the connecting molecule to form a two-dimensional sensitive material surface modified with many coronavirus antibodies; (v) passivate redundant linking molecules to obtain a functionalized coronavirus detection module; and (vi) linking the coronavirus detection module to the electrical test system, where the source of the detection module is connected to the anode and the drain to the cathode; and (vii) adding the coronavirus specimen to be tested to the coronavirus detection module for testing.
