NOVELTY - A cement-based thin felt comprises fiberglass felt and slurry coated on the two sides of a composite board. The slurry comprises cement, reinforcing fiber, barium sulfate, acrylic emulsion, thickening agent, anti-penetrating agent, and water. The reinforcing fiber is prepared by (S1) calcining the basalt fiber, raising the temperature, continuously calcining to obtain processed fiber, dispersing graphene oxide in deionized water, ultrasonically dispersing in an ice water bath to obtain dispersion liquid, orderly adding 3,3',4,4'-benzophenone tetracarboxylic acid and 4,4'-diaminodiphenyl ether to N,N-dimethylformamide, stirring, and leaving still to obtain reaction liquid, and (S2) slowly dripping the reaction liquid into the dispersion, stirring to obtain composite emulsion, controlling the volume ratio of reaction liquid and the dispersion, spraying the composite emulsion on a surface of the processed basalt fiber, drying, cooling, washing, and drying. USE - Cement-based thin felt for composite board used in building material. ADVANTAGE - The felt has high bond strength and does not easily delaminate when exposed to water. During the preparation of reinforced fibers, the carboxyl group of amide acid can undergo dehydration condensation with the hydroxyl group on the surface of graphene oxide to form a stable intercalation structure. The composite emulsion can form a film on the surface of the fiber, and the added graphene oxide forms convex particles, so that the roughness of the fiber surface is increased, the mechanical riveting effect between the fiber and the matrix is increased, and the cohesive strength is improved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A cement-based thin felt comprises fiberglass felt and slurry coated on the two sides of a composite board. The slurry comprises 15-35 pts. wt. cement, 10-20 pts. wt. reinforcing fiber, 10-25 pts. wt. barium sulfate, 15-26 pts. wt. acrylic emulsion, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. thickening agent, 0.5-1 pt. wt. anti-penetrating agent, and 10-20 pts. wt. water. The reinforcing fiber is prepared by (S1) calcining the basalt fiber at 300degrees Celsius for 2 hours, raising the temperature to 450degrees Celsius, continuously calcining for 2 hours to obtain processed basalt fiber, dispersing the graphene oxide in deionized water, ultrasonically dispersing in an ice water bath to obtain dispersion liquid, orderly adding 3,3',4,4'-benzophenone tetracarboxylic acid and 4,4'-diaminodiphenyl ether to N,N-dimethylformamide, stirring at uniform speed until dissolving, and leaving still for 10 minutes to obtain reaction liquid, and (S2) slowly dripping the reaction liquid into the dispersion, stirring at a constant speed of 100 rpm for 30 minutes to obtain composite emulsion, controlling the volume ratio of the reaction liquid and the dispersion to 1:1, spraying the composite emulsion on a surface of the processed basalt fiber, drying for 4 hours at 100degrees Celsius, cooling to room temperature, washing with deionized water for 12 hours, and drying again. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for production of cement-based thin felt.
