The polymer comprises chloroprene rubber, ethylene oxide/propylene oxide (EO/PO) block polyether, active agent zinc oxide, plasticizer phthalic acid dicyclohexyl ester, anti-aging agent 2,2,4-trimethyl-1,2-dihydroquinoline, reinforcing agent phenolic resin, plasticizer dicyclohexyl phthalate, accelerator DETU, accelerator diphenyl guanidine (DPG) and sulfur. USE - Damping ring based on graphene/polymer composite material. ADVANTAGE - The damping ring based on graphene/polymer composite material has simple preparation and solves the problem of poor wear resistance of damping ring made of neoprene as main material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Damping ring based on graphene/polymer composite material comprises graphene/polymer composite material, which comprises polymer as substrate and graphene as filler. The polymer comprises 100 pts. wt. chloroprene rubber, 5-12 pts. wt. EO/PO block polyether, 6-15 pts. wt. active agent zinc oxide, 4-15 pts. wt. plasticizer phthalic acid dicyclohexyl ester, 4-15 pts. wt. anti-aging agent 2,2,4-trimethyl-1,2-dihydroquinoline, 9-16 pts. wt. reinforcing agent phenolic resin, 12-20 pts. wt. plasticizer dicyclohexyl phthalate, 3-10 pts. wt. accelerator DETU, 3-10 pts. wt. accelerator DPG and 0.6-1.2 pts. wt. sulfur. Graphene is at 0.06-18 pts. wt. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of damping ring based on graphene/polymer composite material comprising adding graphene into alcohol solution at 1:10-1:50 mass ratio, ultrasonically dispersing in ultrasonic dispersing machine, preparing homogeneous graphene solution, taking chloroprene rubber, plasticizer phthalic acid dicyclohexyl ester, EO/PO block polyether, active agent zinc oxide and sulfur, adding in grinding machine, grinding for 25-36 hours, adding the homogeneous graphene solution, obtaining mixed solution, adding in a closed rubber mixing machine, mixing for 2 minutes, adding plasticizer dicyclohexyl phthalate, anti-aging agent 2,2,4-trimethyl-1,2-dihydroquinoline, reinforcing agent phenolic resin, plasticizer dicyclohexyl phthalate, accelerator DETU and accelerator DPG, mixing at 85-105 degrees C for 2 hours, raising the temperature to 185-200 degrees C at 10 degrees C/minute, punch forming, naturally cooling, putting the sheet in a mold, putting the mold in vulcanizing machine, increasing the temperature to 120-170 degrees C, raising the pressure to 10-30 MPa, keeping for 1-2 hours, releasing the pressure, demolding, naturally cooling to room temperature, trimming, and obtaining the product.
