▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing titanium alloy comprises (i) taking 2 wt.% copper, 4.1 wt.% zirconium, 0.08 wt.% cerium, 0.08 wt.% silver, and 13 wt.% graphene oxide, and titanium (balance amount) as raw materials, and adding alloy raw materials except graphene oxide into grinding box to grind to nearly spherical powder having particle size of 40-70 mu m, separating and purifying nearly spherical powder, removing quartz sand powder, and mixing to obtain alloy base powder, (ii) adding graphene oxide into absolute ethanol for stirring and mixing, and then using ultrasonic cell pulverizer for dispersion treatment for more than 40 minutes to obtain graphene oxide solution, stirring and mixing alloy base powder and the graphene oxide solution uniformly under inert gas environment to obtain slurry, and (iii) drying slurry in inert gas environment, and drying at 75-80 degrees C to obtain titanium alloy composite powder, placing titanium alloy composite powder in mold and sintering powder in vacuum environment. USE - The titanium alloy is useful for dentistry (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The titanium alloy improves the grinding efficiency of alloy raw materials.
