▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Molecular detection device comprises an electrode array of conducting electrode pairs, each electrode pair having a source electrode and a drain electrode separated by a nanogap, a graphene bridge connecting the source electrode to the drain electrode of an electrode pair to form a field effect transistor, and an enzyme biomolecule coupled to the graphene bridge, where the bridge is shaped to guide and limit the coupling of the biomolecule. USE - The device is useful: as biomolecular sensing and memory storage devices; for analyzing DNA and related biomolecules; and in DNA, RNA or protein sequencing. ADVANTAGE - The device: improves quality and accuracy of sequencing, and time; and avoids using complicated, bulky and expensive fluorescent type labeling apparatus, hence economical.
