Uses include but are not limited to electronic microscopic scanning imaging and transmission imaging technology, FIB ion beam etching technology, graphene, boron nitride and carbon nano-tube. ADVANTAGE - The in-situ stretching device does not need external load sensor, using the sensing mechanism of itself can realize the measurement of the force of the test piece, and the mechanism of sensing mechanism is simple, and it is convenient to use. The stretching mechanism and sensing mechanism are processed by femtosecond laser, the structure has strong stability, simple technique, low cost and high efficiency, it is not easy to be damage and can be used repeatedly.
