DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Device for preparing methanol by graphene macroscopic material photocatalytic reduction of carbon dioxide, comprises a reaction tank, where the inner wall of the reaction tank is provided with multiple ultraviolet lamps. The reaction tank is internally provided with a reaction flask for holding solution medium. The bottom of the reaction flask is provided with a heater for heating the solution medium. The upper part of the reaction flask is connected with a condenser. The condenser is connected with a condensate collection tank. The lower part of the reaction flask is connected to the carbon dioxide cylinder located outside the reaction tank through a carbon dioxide conduit. The reaction flask is provided with a porous separator. The porous separator is set with catalyst filler. The carbon dioxide conduit is set with a flow rate adjusting valve. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing methanol by graphene macroscopic material photocatalytic reduction of carbon dioxide using the device, comprising: (a) preparing graphene macroscopic material using anthracite coal; (b) preparing 0.05-0.15 mol/l sodium hydroxide-sodium sulfite mixed solution using deionized water as solvent; and (c) adding the sodium hydroxide-sodium sulfite mixed solution as a solution medium into the reaction flask, adding the graphene macroscopic material as a catalyst filler into the reaction flask, heating the solution medium via heater to 68-72 degrees C, passing carbon dioxide into the reaction flask using carbon dioxide gas cylinder with a flow rate of 50-150 ml/minute using flow rate control valve, turning on the ultraviolet lamp with a light intensity of 300-500 mu W/cm2 for photocatalytic reduction of carbon dioxide, collecting methanol in the condensate collection tank.
