NOVELTY - Preparing graphene quantum dots by using starch involves adding deionized water to the vessel with a stirring device, adding soluble starch, heating to 40-80 degrees C at room temperature, and then stirring and dispersing for 10-30 min, until completely dissolved. The solution obtained is added to the hydrothermal kettle, the pressure is maintained within 8 mpa, the temperature is raised to 120-250 degrees C, and the hydrothermal reaction is carried out for 1-15 hours, and the material is discharged to obtain a dark brown material. The dark brown material obtained is centrifuged at a speed of 3000-15000 r/min in a centrifuge to separate a dark brown precipitate, and the upper layer is a pale yellow transparent liquid, which is an aqueous solution of graphene quantum dots. USE - Method for preparing graphene quantum dots by using starch. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene quantum dots by using starch with uniform grain size.
