NOVELTY - Aqueous-based graphene metal antirust primer comprises 38-41 pts. wt. acrylate emulsion, 7.3-8.3 pts. wt. waste polystyrene foam, 4.4-5.4 pts. wt. graphene, 2-4 pts. wt. triethylamine, 6-8 pts. wt. magnesia, 1.3-1.5 pts. wt. succinic acid, 9-11 pts. wt. styrene-acrylic emulsion, 15-17 pts. wt. Murraya paniculata wood chips, 10-12 pts. wt. rice husk powder, 1.4-1.8 pts. wt. gamma -(aminopropyl)trimethoxysilane, 21-22 pts. wt. pigment and deionized water. USE - Used as aqueous-based graphene metal antirust primer. ADVANTAGE - The aqueous-based graphene metal antirust primer has excellent adhesive property, (claimed) and has simple preparation processes. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of aqueous-based graphene metal antirust primer comprising (i) drying and grinding Murraya paniculata wood chips and rice husk powder over 120-140 mesh sieve, then adding magnesia and styrene-acrylic emulsion into high-mixing machine at high speed for 10-15 minutes, carrying out high temperature treatment at 600-700 degrees C for 20-30 minutes, then cooling to room temperature and ultrasonic grinding for 40-50 minutes to obtain modified mixed powder, (ii) mixing succinic acid with deionized water (1-2 times the total weight of succinic acid), then adding gamma -(aminopropyl)trimethoxysilane, reacting for 15-20 minutes, adding graphene, stirring and mixing for 8-10 hours in a water bath at 85-95 degrees C, then adding into the mixer, stirring at a speed of 30 revolutions per minute for 30 seconds, filtering and drying to obtain modified graphene, (iii) washing the waste polystyrene foam, drying, crushing, then feeding into a mixed solvent having a total weight of 1.5-2 times, stirring, dissolving completely, then adding an acrylate emulsion and triethylamine, stirring and mixing and reacting at 55-65 degrees C for 20-30 minutes in a water bath to obtain modified acrylic emulsion, and (iv) adding modified mixed powder obtained in step (i) and modified graphene obtained in step (ii) into deionized water, stirring for 10-15 minutes, slowly stirring to high-speed stirring for 30-60 minutes, and the ball to the particle size of 60um below, adding modified acrylate emulsion obtained in step (iii), degassing at 0.1 MPa vacuum for 1-2 hours and filtering to obtain final product.
