NOVELTY - Preparing dark room anechoic wave-absorbing pointed cone, comprises (a) melt-blending polypropylene, high molecular polymer and conductive agent, granulating through an extruder to obtain high molecular polymer conductive pellets with a particle size of 1-10 mm; (b) foaming the above-mentioned polymer conductive pellets with carbon dioxide supercritical fluid through a high-pressure reactor to obtain expandable polymer conductive beads; (c) forming the conductive beads of the above-mentioned expansive polymer into a pointed cone with a hollow structure through at least one of ordinary hot pressing, steam molding, and casting; and (d) collecting the pointed cones with the above-mentioned hollow structure and carrying out constant temperature drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing dark room anechoic wave-absorbing pointed cone. ADVANTAGE - The method solves the problem that it is difficult to realize the integrated forming process, and the inner hollow structure, reaches the purpose of cone weight reduction, and reaches the control of the wave absorbing performance, at the same time, and has simple process, convenient preparation, and can realize continuous preparation, suitable for industrial large-scale production.
