NOVELTY - High adhesion fingerprint-resistant hot-dip galvanized steel sheet comprises a middle substrate, a first galvanized layer on the upper surface of the substrate, a first passivation solution on the upper surface of the first galvanized layer, a first fingerprint resistant layer on the upper surface of the first passivation layer, a second galvanized layer on the lower surface of the substrate, a second passivation layer on the lower surface of the second galvanized layer and a second fingerprint resistant layer on the lower surface of the second passivation layer, where the first galvanized layer and the second galvanized layer are of the same component, the first passivation layer and the second passivation layer are of the same component, the first fingerprint resistant layer and the second fingerprint resistant layer are of the same component, and the substrate is a low carbon steel plate. USE - Used as the high adhesion fingerprint-resistant hot-dip galvanized steel sheet. ADVANTAGE - The steel plate is eco-friendly, non-toxic and convenient to operate, does not generate three wastes, and achieves the requirements of the domestic appliance industry. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - High adhesion fingerprint-resistant hot-dip galvanized steel sheet comprises a middle substrate, a first galvanized layer on the upper surface of the substrate, a first passivation solution on the upper surface of the first galvanized layer, a first fingerprint resistant layer on the upper surface of the first passivation layer, a second galvanized layer on the lower surface of the substrate, a second passivation layer on the lower surface of the second galvanized layer and a second fingerprint resistant layer on the lower surface of the second passivation layer, where the first galvanized layer and the second galvanized layer are of the same component, the first passivation layer and the second passivation layer are of the same component, the first fingerprint resistant layer and the second fingerprint resistant layer are of the same component, the substrate is a low carbon steel plate, the first zinc plating layer and the second zinc plating layer are obtained by plating the substrate in the plating solution, the plating solution contains 50-64 g/l Zinc chloride, 0.9-1.3 mg/l aluminum chloride, 140-160 g/l potassium chloride, 10-20 g/l citric acid, 3-5 g/l polyethylene glycol, 0.65-0.8 ml/l brightener and 12-14.5 ml/l softening agent, the pH value of the plating solution is 5-5.3, the material of the first passivation layer and the second passivation layer is a chromium-free passivation solution, the passivation solution contains 1.2-4.5 g/l sodium fluorozirconate, 1.4-2.7 g/l cerium chloride, 2.2-3.8 g/l sodium tripolyphosphate, 6-8 g/l silane coupling agent, 6-10 g/l phosphoric acid, 5-20 g/l aqueous silicon modified acrylic resin emulsion, 2-2.5 g/l nickel sulfate and the remaining amount is de-ionized water; the pH value of the passivation solution is 2.3-2.7, the material of the first fingerprint resistant layer and the second fingerprint resistant layer is fingerprint resistant agent containing 36-45 wt.% aqueous polymer resin, 1.5-4.5 wt.% modified graphene oxide, 7-8 wt.% silane coupling agent solution, 14-19 wt.% nano oxide, 15-20 wt.% water-soluble mercaptobenzothiazole, 18-28 wt.% silane mixture and the remaining amount is water. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing the high adhesion fingerprint-resistant hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, comprising (a) alkali washing the substrate, electrolytic degreasing, rinsing and drying treatment to obtain a pre-processed substrate, (b) uniformly mixing zinc chloride, aluminum chloride, potassium chloride, polyethylene glycol, brightening agent and softening agent, and adjusting pH of the plating solution by citric acid to obtain a plating solution, (c) adding the pre-processed substrate into plating solution, electroplating at room temperature under the current density of 2 A/dm2 for 35 minutes to obtain the substrate covered with zinc plating layer on the surface, (d) preparing nitric acid and water into nitric acid solution with a mass concentration of 3 % to obtain the light liquid, (e) adding 50ml de-ionized water in a beaker, respectively adding sodium fluorozirconate, cerium chloride, sodium tripolyphosphate, silane coupling agent, aqueous silicon modified acrylic resin emulsion in de-ionized water, adding nickel sulfate, stirring uniformly to completely dissolve, adding phosphoric acid, stirring uniformly, finally adding de- ionized water, adding dilute nitric acid to adjust the pH value to 2.3-2.7 and the total volume of the solution is 1L, and obtaining the chromium-free passivation solution, (f) cleaning the surface of the substrate covered with the zinc plating layer, soaking in the light liquid, allowing to stand at room temperature for 3-5 seconds, taking out and cleaning, coating the chromium-free passivation solution on the surface of the hot-dip aluminum-zinc plate, drying and curing at 110 degrees C for 20-30 seconds to obtain hot-dip aluminum-zinc plate, (g) dissolving the aqueous polymer resin, modified graphene oxide, silane coupling agent solution, nano oxide, water-soluble sulfydryl benzotriazole thiazole and silane mixture in water, and stirring uniformly to obtain stable chromium-free fingerprint-resistant processing liquid, and (h) adding the hot-dip aluminum zinc plate into weak alkaline degreasing liquid, soaking for 4 minutes, cleaning the surface of the galvanized plate through the flowing water, drying, fixing the hot galvanized sheet, uniformly roller coating the fingerprint resistant agent to the surface of the galvanized sheet, immediately baking in the oven at 130 degrees C for 30 seconds to obtain the high adhesion fingerprint-resistant hot galvanized steel sheet
