NOVELTY - Preparing automobile interior conductive leather, involves(1) coating precoating paint on surface of leather blank to form precoating layer where pretreating coating comprises 34-42wt.%water, 2-6 wt.% nano carbon powder, 42-58wt.% polyurethane resin, 5.5-9.5 wt.% dispersing agent and 0.1-0.6 wt.% defoaming agent, (2)spraying an anti-sticking layer, namely spraying anti-sticking paint on the surface of the bottom coating to form anti-sticking layer, embossing, namely embossing on an embossing machine, setting the feeding speed of the embossing machine to be 4-6m/min, temperature in pattern roller of embossing machine to be 75-80 ℃, and pressure to be 130℃ (3) middle coating, namely spraying middle coating paint on surface of the anti-sticking layer to form middle coating, (4) top coating, namely spraying top coating on surface of middle coating to form top coating comprises 18-24 wt.% water, 1-2 wt.% nano carbon powder, 52-62wt.% polyurethane resin. USE - Automobile interior conductive leather used for seat in automobile, steering wheel, handrail, headrest, door plate, instrument panel and decorative cover. ADVANTAGE - The automobile interior conductive leather has excellent conductivity, color fastness and coating fastness, and can effectively monitor the body index of driver in normal environment, filling blank of the conventional leather.
