NOVELTY - An antistatic graphene masterbatch comprises 10 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 3-7 pts. wt. polyethylene, 2-6 pts. wt. acrylic resin, 0.8-1.5 pts. wt. silicon carbide, 1-3 pts. wt. sodium stearate, 0.3-0.9 pt. wt. sorbitol, 0.6-1.5 pts. wt. titania, 0.8-1.2 pts. wt. magnesium oxide, 0.8-2.3 pts. wt. triphenyl phosphate, 0.3-0.9 pt. wt. dispersant, 1-4 pts. wt. coupling agent, and 2-5 pts. wt. plasticizer. USE - Antistatic graphene masterbatch used in antistatic textile fabric (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene masterbatch has excellent antistatic property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for production of antistatic graphene masterbatch, which involves uniformly mixing graphene oxide, polyethylene, acrylic resin, silicon carbide, sodium stearate, sorbitol, titania, magnesium oxide, triphenyl phosphate, dispersant, coupling agent, and plasticizer to obtain mixture, extruding, and granulating the mixture.
