NOVELTY - Rust conversion coating comprises 35-50 pts. wt. inorganic nano-modified polymer resin, 2-6 pts. wt. rust conversion agent, 5-10 pts. wt. aluminum tripolyphosphate, 3-5 pts. wt. zinc phosphate, 3-6 pts. wt. nano fumed silica, 0.005-0.01 pts. wt. nano graphene oxide, 0.5-1 pts. wt. wetting and dispersing agent, 0.5-1 pts. wt. thickening agent, 0.1-0.4 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. pH adjuster, 1-2 pts. wt. film-forming auxiliary agent and 20-30 pts. wt. water. USE - Used as rust conversion coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating: utilizes inorganic nano-modified polymer resin which has permeability of the inorganic nanoparticles and thus infiltrates the rust conversion agent with a chelating function into the rusted area, and thus makes chelate and coordinate with rust, and transforms rust into a stable substance, and prevents rust. The method has simple process and low production cost, and is suitable for batch production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing rust conversion coating comprising mixing antifoaming agent, wetting and dispersing agent, rust conversion agent and water to obtain first mixed solution, adding aluminum tripolyphosphate and zinc phosphate into first mixed solution, then adding nano-fumed silica to obtain second mixed solution and grinding the second mixed solution to fineness of less than 30 mu m, then adding nano graphene oxide to obtain third mixed solution and then adding inorganic nano-modified polymer resin, film-forming auxiliary agent, thickening agent, remaining antifoaming agent and remaining water to obtain fourth mixed liquid and adding pH adjuster to the fourth mixed solution to obtain rust conversion coating.
