NOVELTY - The invention discloses a high thermal conductivity composite material structure, which includes a metal substrate or a fiber substrate, and a high thermal conductivity composite layer arranged on the metal substrate or the fiber substrate. One side of the metal base or the fiber base has a bonding surface. The material of the high thermal conductivity composite layer includes mixed carbon nanotubes and graphene, and is formed on the bonding surface of the metal base or the fiber base through coating.
