▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Manufacturing a thermally conductive polymer composite comprises adding a mixture of thermally conductive carbon material powder in a mixed solvent of saturated fatty acids and 1-4C alcohol into a wet pelletizer to obtain a granular-type thermally conductive carbon material masterbatch, mixing 30-60 wt.% granular-type thermally conductive carbon material masterbatch and 40-70 wt.% thermoplastic resin and pelletizing the extruded product through an extruder. USE - The thermally conductive polymer composite is useful in heat dissipation composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The thermally conductive polymer composite: has excellent thermal conductivity by improving acidity, easy moldability, high productivity, improved thermal conductivity and excellent heat dissipation properties; and solves the problem of low wettability to the carbon material.
