NOVELTY - A fluoropolymer coating formulation comprises 0.1-5 %mass graphene, 1-5 %mass thickener, 0.1-5 %mass dispersant, 0.1-1 %mass wetting agent, 1-10 %mass pigment, 1-10 %mass boron nitride, 1-20 %mass deionized water, 0.1-0.5 %mass leveling agent, 0.1-0.5 %mass adhesion promoter, 1-5 %mass aluminum nitride, and remaining aqueous fluoropolymer dispersion. USE - Fluoropolymer coating formulation. ADVANTAGE - The fluoropolymer coating formulation can be manufactured with high production efficiency of 99% or more, is economical, and has excellent UV resistance, aging resistance, and corrosion resistance, and prolonged service life, and reduces the maintenance cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the fluoropolymer coating, which involves adding all components to a disperser, slowly stirring for 0.5-2 hours at 30-70 degrees C and 100-800 rpm, fully dissolving and mixing the material to obtain a dispersion, conveying the dispersion to a sand mill for circulating and grinding 1-5 times at 30-60 degrees C, 0.8 MPa, 100-3000 rpm and 15 kW to obtain a grinding liquid with a particle diameter of 1-20 mu m, spray-drying the grinding liquid for 1-20 seconds at 1000-6000 rpm, inlet temperature of 100-250 degrees C, outlet temperature of 80-120 degrees C, and internal air pressure of 0.8 MPa to obtain a grinding powder with a diameter of 1-30 mu m, conveying the grinding powder to a boiling granulator for secondary grinding and granulation molding at 100-200 degrees C, 30 kW, 4000 rpm, and internal air pressure of 0.8 MPa, and obtaining finished product with a diameter of 50-120 mu m.
