NOVELTY - Preparing functionalized graphene aerogel micro-sphere comprises (i) dispersing amphiphilic graphene oxide in water, then adding organic solvent, and stirring to obtain Pickering emulsion, (ii) freezing the Pickering emulsion, and drying to obtain graphene oxide aerogel, and (iii) heating graphene oxide aerogel and reducing under reduced atmosphere to obtain final product. USE - The micro-sphere is useful in electrochemical sensor or super capacitor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The micro-sphere: has larger polarity; and is easily dispersed in water or other solvent and very convenient in sensor or energy field. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for functionalized graphene aerogel micro-sphere is prepared by above mentioned method.
